Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the products sold through our website by JoomlaXT (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by JoomlaXT.

You may only use each individual product on one domain belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase another license in order to use it on another domain.  Discounts may apply to additional licenses of the same product. Please contact us for details.

1.    Modifications :

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release and modifications as GPL or otherwise. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file. You may however remove the copyright from the footer.

2.    Unauthorized use :

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from JoomlaXT. Please contact us if you require more clarification.

3.    Updates :

All products are usually designed for the latest version of Joomla, but we can give no guarantee, that the product will run with future versions of these CMS’s. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions.

The products are continuously improved. Bugfixing releases and functional enhancement releases are for free. Upgrades to new versions usually have to be paid.

4.    Delivery :

After we have successfully received your payment, your product will be emailed to your paypal email address and/or a link to download the software will be provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website.

5.    Assignability :

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from JoomlaXT.

6.    Ownership :

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of JoomlaXT. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

7.    Use of Content :

You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.

8.    Refund policy :

Since JoomlaXT is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the order is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site or purchasing products from our site.

9.    Warranty :

ALL SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

JoomlaXT does not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components.

10.    Support :

JoomlaXT offers these products ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules.

We offer support as a part of your purchase. If you have a question please post it on the forum. 

We offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Joomla.
