Joomla 1.5 vs. Joomla 1.6
We increasingly get requests for Joomla 1.6 versions of our extensions... At the moment all JoomlaXT extensions are released for Joomla 1.5 only, however we are currently evaluating Joomla 1.6 and the consequences for JoomlaXT extensions and decided to handle each extension individually. Unfortunately Joomla 1.6 is not downwards compatible, i.e. most of 1.5 extensions will not work with 1.6 and there's no simple way to make extensions work on both (1.5 and 1.6) version, thus we'll have to create and maintain separae versions for Joomla 1.6 and 1.5 even if we don't want to use new 1.6 features. The discussions are in progress, we'll update the post as soon as we have new decisions.

Having a website is fun, however it's a lot of work, too and in the end at least you have some costs for webspace, the domain etc... so why not get at least some money back?First step to normality
The first step in re-building is donw. All downloads should be available, the forum is online and automatic upgrade is in place again... My local development and test environment was a mess, too... 
. I also fixed that, so now the real work can begin: Develop and further improve pollXT 1.30.
From my point of view the current versions of staticXT and pollXT 1.22 are pretty stable and secure, however with all the mess in my local environment I might have mixed up some files, hence: if you experience problems or detect some security problems, please contact me or post in the forum immediately.
