I think that this version will create a .htaccess file using the wizard without checking whether the use mod_rewrite is checked in the Global Config. I believe that this causes 403 errors.

This just happened to me, and it's not fun

Once I flipped the switch to use mod_rewrite, the site comes back.

thanks again I will update that in the next version (if I find a way how to figure out if mod_rewrite is active).
