ooops... my fault again...

quick explanation (if someone is interested): I have my own component that creates the ZIP Packages incl. XML files etc... For 1.5 native I had to rewrite a lot of stuff of that component and obviously sometimes it still does strange things... this time it included itself in the XML which didn't matter on my test installation (where the ZIP file was present) but of course it matters on new installs... Corrected version attached.

Ok, finally the installation works fine!

But, there is a great bug on the poll, on my poll: it has given me a message (a list, better) of not answered mandatory questions that was absolutely answered.

Do not worry about italian, and there are no problems about what you will answer, it is a development environment.

that's a problem with the "rating" functionality that was already reported earlier (in 1.24.16). However I was not yet able to reproduce it on my machine... I'm working on it...

Yes, that's true.

But now, here it is a clue for you: on the same machine, poll works wrong on Firefox (3.0.9) and fine on IE7!

So, maybe there is a problem with a little dirty bit.....

EDIT UPDATE

ok so i fresh installed 2.0 on module and component

install went well...

but now module no longer responsive to input of pollid for which poll to show...

even when i unpublish a certain poll it still shows in the module

so i noticed it was going by ordering sequence...even when i did not set it to do so...

so i tried to click the ordering done and when i do i get a white screen error saying



other than that...i have the most faith in this new release...when it is working

thanks to your help, I was able to resolve several issues:
* parameters (e.g. module class suffix) in modules not working
* rating functionality not working when used in bot
* several "legacy" code issues in administrator (e.g. fatal error when ordering polls)
I'll do some more testing and will publish a new component & module later today.
