Or can I request a plugin for JComments?

No, but it would be better the ability to use JComments or JomComments

Im seen in the demo displayed here (joomlaxt.com/index.php?option=com_conten...ew=article&id=73), the poll is displayed in a Article insted of in component. So that way you can use the comment component, but I havent found out how to make the same thing in my site.

I got the Manual but it dosnt say either, can some one tell me how to do that?

Another way to add comments from other modules is to do it like JoomGallery here: JoomJomComments, maybe some one can consider making something similar

probably a little bit off-topic, however... to include polls into an article you have to install the plugin.
