P2dPro - Saving "Edit Settings" 2 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 0
Every time I try to save the "Global Setting" administrative page on P2DPro my whole site becomes inaccessible. It is really weird, the front end, administrative pages, and even the webmail client all go offline. It usually takes 10-15 minutes to come back, and the changes made are saved.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas?

Thanks so much.

Hi Nathan,

please use the pro forum in the future (which monitored more frequently).
That's really weird... Which Browser/OS are you using? Could you provide me with backend access (via mail so I can have a look myself?

regards,

Oli

Hi Nathan,

just had the same problem... Can you check server logs to see if something weird is happening?

regards,

Oli

That is a shared hosting server, I don't really have access to it. I will check, but it could be a day or two.

I noticed that when I created a new item (#29) that is placed it after Item #4 (and not #28).

I also added other items in this thread. It seems there are several anomalies with my install. Not sure what happened, but it gave all success messages at the time.

Here is the other thread: joomlaxt.com/forum?func=view&catid=20&id=8903
