I just bought P2DXTpro and everything works fine with PayPal, but the buyer does not receive the email to complete the download of the documents.

No free version installed.
No test mode.

Hi Martin,

please register your purchased product (on the "Your profile" menu) to get access to the pro-Forum.
P2Dpro uses the standard joomla mail functionality. Make sure it is set up correctly. Additionally switch on the option to send a copy of the email to the administrator (so you can better verify if it is sent). If that doesn't help, please set up a test item and send me the link, so I can have a look.

Hi Oli,

I solved my problem. Pay 2 Download XT was not the source of the problem but the Paypal token was. The PayPal customer service gave me wrong information about the token when I setup my account.

Now everything works properly, I am sorry for the loss of your time.
